AvionicSea Corp implemented the Federal Aviation Administration Drug and Alcohol Testing program to all individuals working as a contractor or direct employees. This program will open more opportunities to became vendor of companies holding an air carrier certification.

With an active FAA-mandated testing program, company perform safety-sensitive functions for a part 119 certificate holder with authority to operate under parts 121 and/or 135, or an air tour operator defined in § 91.147. AvionicSea Corp bought a privately held company Avionica Fort Lauderdale. Avionica, an electronic technician training center in partnership with the University of Central Florida.

DIVISION OF CONTINUING EDUCATION
In 2016 Avionica partnered with the University of Central Florida’s Division of Continuing Education to offer a three-month avionics technician training program starting January 2017. Graduates are prepared to work in the aviation industry and meet an urgent need to equip aircraft with the technology necessary to comply with the latest Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements.
